Our brewing process is also slightly different, with an equal focus on character and drinkability.

You have discovered our best kept secret. Here lies our most vibrant, complex and prestigious beers. All of our Sours are matured and aged in French Oak Barrels, then bottle fermented and matured again. By the time they get released they have already been alive for at least 12 months.
