This 4.5% Blonde Lager originates from Eastern France, yet it is freshly brewed in Sydney. It is rich in malts and hops aromas from the French beer region!
This Lager will complement the flavours of Comté and Abondance cheese, as well as Cassoulet, Flammenkuchen, Spätzle, and Choucroute (Sauerkraut). Due to its refreshing nature, the beer will help to cut through the fat and cleanse the palate.
